During the interior renovation of this project, the customer requested ideas how to shade on the back patio. We have built many of these year around patio covers as they are very suited to our climate.
Although I bought a new home , after living in it for awhile , there were things I wanted add . While looking for contractors a friend mentioned Maritime Builders , I called them andRick came out. After kicking around ideas for awhile I began to see that he understood what I really wanted and in fact added to my ideas in a way that really got me excited . We were on the same page. We trimmed-out the complete interior adding crown moulding , door and window trim and wider baseboards. What a difference ! However the best item was building a year round patio cover . Its truly special and that is where I spend most of my time now . There were other projects , but each was done with an artistic touch increasing the aesthetic value of my home as well as its livability . Now this is truly my house, I love it !
